Prints and Shipping
You can choose to receive your finished product either in a digital format.. sent VIA email or have a print made. NOTE: I do not have the equipment needed to print graphics on my own. When a print is requested I will send the graphic off to a second party to have a print made in the specific dimensions you have requested. You also have the choice of the type of paper, fabric ect.. you would like the graphic to be printed on. I have no say on the printing charge. The second party makes up the price. NOTE: I do not make any profit from the printing costs. If you request to have a print made I can find out the printing cost for you at any time.
Prints are delivered by US mail…Fedex or UPS: Which ever is most cost efficient at the time to give you the best deal. All Prints have to have an insurance deposit included in the shipping to insure the print arrives at it’s destination in mint condition. You are responsible for the cost of the insurance deposit and the cost of the shipping. NOTE: I do not make any profit from the shipping or insurance costs.
When a print has been shipped out you will be notified by email to inform you that your print has been mailed out successfully. The email will also include a routing number so you can check the status of your shipping if needed. Along with an estimated date of when you should expect to receive your print. This date is given by the second party shipper…US mail, FedEX or UPS. If your Print becomes lost or arrives to it’s destination damaged the insurance will cover the cost to re-ship the print again to you free of charge. If one of the fallowing accrues I ask that you inform me of the situation VIA email so I can handle the matter with the second party shipper and have a new print mailed out to you as soon as possible.
